I acknowledge the risks of eyelash extensions including but not limited to an allergic reaction to adhesive, under eye pads, and temporary red eyes. I understand and agree to keep my eyes closed through the process to prevent unnecessary irritation. I understand proper aftercare will ensure the health of my natural lashes as well as retention. I agree to not hold my lash tech liable for any and all reactions to the lash extensions. I agree that if any point in the process my eyes become irritated, i will inform my lash tech immediately to make the proper steps forward!
